Sorry we are Open

I love the juxtaposition of Sorry and being open. We look at being closed as something to be sorry about.  We apologize that we aren’t available.  Maybe we should apologize because we aren’t closed.  Or maybe we just might be better saying something like:  Thank you for joining with me whenever we are able.

In various places throughout this blog, I describe me. But even then, I am more than that and often times less. I am a wanderer. Exploring gives me joy. I cook, and that is the reason for the entries that appear as both recipes and restaurant reviews. Knowledge and the ability to take that knowledge and build wisdom and insight makes me want to hop, skip and shout.
