Since 2014, actually long before I have wanted to have a blog to converse with, no chat with folks all around the world. I had one going for a little while but it was so hard to get into and to maintain, I lost patience. I then queried family and friends and a few odd strangers what they thought. And the host moved to Russia and I reviewed my life at that moment and set the blog aside.
2018, 2016 actually I decided to try again. I was enthused about building a site and maintaining it. I NAMED my site dmuses and spent 2 years discovering that I am not a web designer. It felt like the blog was never going to happen.
Like boxing day gets to see gifts recycled I saw an email inviting me to query a web designer and I responded. And the result is DMUSES. It isn’t perfect. Like me it is a work in progress. Pictures live here that bring me hope and joy and life from my journeys and more will be forthcoming. The writings in the Blog are really elements of three books that I have in progress. There are scribbles, writings that come out of my musings and struggles. Finally, Reviews and Commentary, where I will review things that are in the public world and that I might comment from upon my perspective.
